Welcome to my teacher page! My name is Kelly Gruneisen and I am a special education teacher of students with moderate to severe disabilities. I am from Menifee County and was lucky enough to begin my career teaching at my former high school. After 8 years, I decided I wanted a change and accepted a position in Montgomery County. This was one of the best decisions I ever made!  I am currently beginning year 8 in MoCo and my 16th year in education.  

My husband Josh and I live in Mt. Sterling.  We have four kids between us, two boys (Wyatt and Tuck) and two girls (Ava and Maggie).  In November 2021, we welcomed our first grandchild! We have two pets.  Wynnie, my English Bulldog, and Howie, our Labradoodle.  In our spare time, we enjoy sports, hiking, traveling and family time.
