Hello! My name is Mrs. Holland, and this is my eighth year here at McNabb Middle School as a 7th grade Social Studies teacher. This year makes my ninth year teaching Social Studies at the middle school level. This year we will be exploring the world in the years of 600-1600. Students will learn about the impact of African Empires, the Islamic Empire, the Middle Ages, Renaissance and more.
In my personal life I have a large, crazy family that is my pride and joy. I love my family and have six, wonderful children ages 4-24 years old. I enjoy reading, traveling, and just spending time with family. I graduated from Morehead State University, and I am certified to teach both Social Studies and Language Arts in grades 5-9. I look forward to a great year. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions this year.
