My name is Caitlin Sadler and I teach 8th grade math and advanced math. This is my sixth year teaching, and fifth year at McNabb. I received my bachelor's degree in middle level education, in mathematics and science from the University of Kentucky, and recently earned my masters in education, with an emphasis in teacher leadership from Midway University. My husband and I live on my grandparent's farm, and have renovated the house my grandfather built. In our free time we enjoy spending time managing our farm for wildlife, hunting, loving our two Labrador Retrievers, Mali and Woody, and watching college football. We both enjoy CrossFit and are members at S3 Athletics in Winchester. I also enjoy baking and decorating cookies in my free time! We had a son, Cyrus in April and he is truly the joy of our lives. I am forever a better person because of him! 

I am so excited to have your student in my classroom this year, and hope they come to love math as much as I do. My middle school math teacher changed my life and instilled confidence in my abilities as a female in the world of mathematics, science, and technology, and for that I am forever grateful. I hope that I am able to instill confidence in your student as a mathematician, and look forward to this school year.
