My name is Brandon Bowling and I teach 6th grade social studies. This is my second year teaching at McNabb Middle School. I have a bachelor's degree in social studies teaching and a master's degree in school counseling, both from Morehead State University (Go Eagles!). 

I grew up in Jackson, Kentucky but I now live in Morehead, Kentucky with my wife and two children. As of August, 2020, my oldest son is 3.5 years old and my youngest is 11 months old. When I am not schooling, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and I am an avid fan of Cincinnati Reds baseball. 

I am excited to get to meet all of my incoming 6th grade students and to begin a new school year. 

Monday, August 31st will be the first day of school. Each day during the first week, students will either attend a 10 a.m. Zoom session, or a 1 p.m. Zoom session. They only need to choose ONE session per day. The Zoom link is listed in Schools PLP, and was also included in the packets that were handed out during open house.
