Extra Duty/Coaching Positions - Part-Time, Single year term
Substitutes that are at the Rank 4 or Rank 5 levels (no teaching certificate) are required to complete an emergency certification request on-line annually. This process must be completed before individuals are permitted to substitute teach. Click here to view instructions. An online account must be created with the EPSB and the school district must have official transcripts to verify emergency certification requirements. (Electronic transcripts are only accepted if sent directly to HR staff from the transcript service.)
