Facility Usage
School-related groups and various civic, charitable, governmental, nonprofit, religious, and other organizations and individuals may use MCS facilities.
Montgomery County Schools has an online facility request and rental system designed to provide a positive user experience for all. Reservation requests can be submitted easily and handled efficiently.
Note: When following the link for requesting facility usage you will be required to create an account on the facilities schedules site. Once your account is created it will require administrative approval. While this will most likely take less than 24 hours, it may take up 3 days depending on submission timing. Once the account is approved you will be able to submit your facility request.
The Montgomery County Board of Education makes the final decisions on all requests.
