Meals & Nutrition
There will be a public forum to discuss the Physical Activity and Nutrition Report Card, along with the recommendations, for Montgomery County Schools prior to the Board meeting on January 28th. The forum will be held at 5:30 pm at the Clay Community Center.
Montgomery County Schools is pleased to announce its approval for participation in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program, a federally funded initiative aimed at providing free meals to students in eligible schools. All students enrolled in MCS (preschool - 12th grade) will have access to free breakfast and lunch during the school day.
In addition to the free breakfast and lunch program, MCS is excited to continue to offer students the opportunity to purchase ala carte items, extra milk, additional entrees, etc., allowing them to customize their dining experience according to their preferences.
We encourage our families to use the My School Bucks online system to make online payments, check account balances, or receive an email notification when account balances fall below a certain amount. An App for My School Bucks can also be downloaded for use on mobile devices.
This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
